Please note that I do not accept Medicaid plans and I cannot accept out of pocket payments from Medicaid beneficiaries. Please upload your insurance card so I can verify that I am in network with your plan. Folks often don't realize their plan is Medicaid or a commercial plan with a mental health "carve out" that I'm not in network with.
